Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026
K-SAJU (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our") respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information or personal data (collectively, "personal information") may be processed when users access or use K-SAJU, why it is processed, where it is stored, when it may be disclosed, and what choices and rights may be available.
K-SAJU is designed to minimize the collection of personal information. Profiles and consultation history are generally stored on the user's device rather than as permanent records on K-SAJU's server.
By using the Service, users acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, K-SAJU or its service providers will request it separately.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the K-SAJU mobile application, related web features, and supporting services that link to this Policy. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that have their own privacy policies.

K-SAJU does not intentionally provide users' names, birth details, Saju profiles, consultation questions, or AI consultation answers to Google AdMob for advertising personalization.
3. How We Use Information
K-SAJU may process information for the following purposes:
- Creating, displaying, and managing Saju profiles
- Calculating Saju information and providing basic interpretations
- Generating and delivering AI consultation responses
- Storing and displaying consultation history on the user's device
- Creating and verifying consultation sessions obtained through free use or rewarded advertisements

K-SAJU does not use birth information or consultation content to create advertising profiles.
4. Device Storage and Server Processing
4.1 Information Stored on the User's Device
K-SAJU generally stores profiles, dates of birth, birth times, Saju results, consultation questions, and consultation answers on the user's device. In the mobile application, this information may be stored in the device's internal database. In a web environment, it may be stored in browser storage.
If the app is deleted, browser storage is cleared, application data is erased, or the device is reset, locally stored information may be deleted and may not be recoverable by K-SAJU.
4.2 Information Processed by the Server
When a user requests a calculation or consultation, the app may transmit the minimum information needed for Saju calculation, session verification, and AI response generation. K-SAJU's server processes this information to provide the requested response.
As a general design principle, K-SAJU's server does not retain the following as permanent user profiles or consultation history:
- Original name
- Original date of birth and birth time
- Full Saju profile
- Consultation question text
- AI consultation answer text
- Full conversation history or conversation context
However, the following limited information may be processed or retained as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, abuse prevention, reward verification, legal compliance, and dispute handling:
- Anonymous or pseudonymous device identifier
- Free consultation or rewarded-ad entitlement and claim metadata
- Consultation session ID, session status, expiration time, and usage information
- Error codes, request IDs, and processing success or failure information with original consultation content removed where practicable
- De-identified or aggregated operational metrics
5. AI Processing
When a user sends a consultation request, relevant Saju calculation results, the user's question, and necessary conversation context may be transmitted to and processed by an AI response-generation provider to generate an answer. The provider may process the information according to its contractual terms, privacy policy, security measures, and retention settings applicable to K-SAJU's use of the service.
AI-generated answers are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Users should not include information that is unnecessary for a consultation, such as government identification numbers, bank or payment information, precise home addresses, contact details, health records, passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information.
6. Google AdMob Advertising
K-SAJU may use Google AdMob, including rewarded advertisements, to display advertising and provide consultation sessions or other in-app benefits. Google and participating advertising partners may process certain information for advertisement delivery, advertisement selection and personalization, frequency capping, performance measurement, reporting, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics.
Information processed through AdMob may include:
- Advertising ID or similar identifiers
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from information such as the IP address
- Device, application, operating system, language, and network information
- Advertisement interaction information, including impressions, clicks, and completed views
- Cookies, local storage, SDK identifiers, or similar technologies
- Error, security, and diagnostic information
Depending on the user's location, applicable law, consent choices, device settings, and advertising configuration, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.
6.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, K-SAJU may use Google's consent management platform and User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to provide legally required disclosures and request, store, and communicate advertising consent choices.
Where consent is required, users may consent, decline consent, manage individual options, and later review, change, or withdraw their choices through the Privacy Choices or similar option made available in the app. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal.
6.2 United States State Privacy Choices
K-SAJU does not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, depending on the definitions in applicable U.S. state privacy laws, the use of advertising services may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or processing for "targeted advertising."
Where required by applicable law, eligible users may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising through the Privacy Choices, "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or similar option made available in the app. Privacy choices may be stored and communicated to Google and participating advertising partners using applicable privacy signals, such as the IAB Global Privacy Platform (GPP).

7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, K-SAJU processes personal information under one or more of the following legal bases, as appropriate:
- Performance of a contract: to provide calculations, consultations, consultation sessions, and requested service features
- Consent: for personalized advertising, local-storage technologies, or other processing when consent is legally required
- Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, diagnose failures, protect users, and improve service reliability, provided those interests are not overridden by the user's rights and interests
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and regulatory obligations
Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw consent at any time through the available privacy settings or by contacting K-SAJU. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, users may have the right to object under applicable law.
8. Service Providers and Disclosure of Information
K-SAJU may disclose or make information available to service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including:
- Google AdMob and participating advertising partners: advertisement delivery, rewarded-ad verification, measurement, reporting, personalization where permitted, fraud prevention, and security
- AI response-generation provider: processing consultation inputs needed to generate requested AI responses
- Hosting, network, and infrastructure providers: application hosting, content delivery, security, logging, and service operation
- App stores and operating-system providers: application distribution, payments if introduced, device features, and platform compliance
K-SAJU may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful process; protect users, K-SAJU, or others; investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse; enforce applicable terms; or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
Third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their practices may differ from K-SAJU's practices.
9. Retention and Deletion
Profiles and consultation history stored on the user's device remain there until the user deletes them, clears application or browser data, deletes the app, or resets the device, subject to the device's backup settings.
K-SAJU does not retain consultation request information on its server as permanent consultation history. Limited operational metadata, rewarded-ad metadata, security logs, and error information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service operation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. The information is then deleted or de-identified, unless a longer period is required by law.
Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own retention policies and K-SAJU's applicable service configuration.
10. User Rights and Privacy Choices
Depending on the user's location and applicable law, users may have the right to:
- Request access to or a copy of personal information
- Request correction or deletion of personal information
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing
- Receive certain information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising where applicable
- Appeal a refusal to act on a privacy request where applicable
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority
These rights may be subject to verification, legal limitations, and exceptions.
Users can view, edit, and delete locally stored profiles and consultation history in the app. Because information stored only on the user's device cannot be directly accessed or restored by K-SAJU, users may need to manage or delete that information through the app or device settings.
Where required, users can review or change advertising-related choices through the Privacy Choices, Privacy Settings, or similarly named option in the app. Users may also manage advertising identifiers, ad personalization, app permissions, and browser storage through their device, operating-system, browser, or Google account settings.
To submit a privacy request, contact warangwurang@gmail.com. K-SAJU may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and identify relevant records. K-SAJU will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
11. International Data Transfers
K-SAJU and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where the user resides. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, K-SAJU relies on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or the user's consent.
12. Children's Privacy
K-SAJU is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may lawfully consent to personal-information processing in their jurisdiction, and K-SAJU does not knowingly collect their personal information without any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.
Users must have any permission or legally required consent before entering a child's or another person's information. If K-SAJU learns that personal information was processed from a child in violation of applicable law, K-SAJU will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information.
If the Service or an advertisement request is identified as child-directed or as involving a user below the applicable age of consent, K-SAJU may apply restricted data processing, non-personalized advertising, or age-related advertising settings as required by law and platform policy.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information unlawfully may contact warangwurang@gmail.com.
13. Security
K-SAJU uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and K-SAJU cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
K-SAJU may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, data-processing practices, laws, platform requirements, or advertising policies. The revised Policy will show an updated effective date. Where required, K-SAJU will provide additional notice through the app, the policy page, an app-store notice, or another appropriate method.
