Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the K-SAJU app and the rights and obligations of users and the service provider. By installing or using the app, users are deemed to agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

K-SAJU is an app that calculates Saju information based on information entered by the user, such as date of birth, birth time, gender, and timezone, and provides AI-based consultation answers according to the selected reader style.

The service may include the following features.

• Creating, editing, and deleting Saju profiles
• Viewing basic Saju information and Five Elements balance
• General consultations and compatibility/relationship consultations
• Storing and viewing consultation history on the device
• Issuing consultation sessions through free consultations or rewarded ad viewing
• Providing app introduction, usage guide, and policy documents

2. Informational Service Notice

K-SAJU's Saju interpretations and AI consultation answers are provided for self-understanding, entertainment, and reference. They do not replace professional advice such as medical, legal, tax, investment, psychotherapy, or career counseling advice.

Users should not make important decisions regarding health, law, money, career, relationships, or similar matters based solely on the app's answers. When necessary, users should consult an appropriate professional.

3. User Input and Responsibility

Users must enter their own or another person's information accurately and lawfully. If entering personal information about another person, such as date of birth, birth time, or consultation details, users must first confirm that person's consent.

Users are responsible for the information and questions they enter, and for judgments and actions based on their use of the app. The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered by users or the results of judgments based on that information.

4. Data Storage Method

K-SAJU stores profiles, Saju results, consultation questions, and consultation answers on the user's device. The server processes requests needed for Saju calculation, session verification, and AI answer generation, but the service is not designed to retain original profiles or consultation history.

If you delete the app or reset device or browser storage, stored data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

5. Consultation Sessions and Rewarded Ads

K-SAJU may provide consultation sessions for a certain period of time or a certain number of questions through free consultations or Google AdMob rewarded ad viewing.

Rewarded ads may not be displayed, or rewards may not be granted, depending on the ad provider's policies, network conditions, device status, and abuse prevention criteria. Whether ad viewing is completed and whether a session is issued are determined by the server verification result.

Users must not bypass or manipulate ad rewards, free consultations, session issuance, or usage limits.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Entering or improperly using another person's personal information without consent
• Exploiting or bypassing vulnerabilities in the app, server, or ad reward system
• Sending abnormal requests using automation tools, scripts, modified apps, or similar means
• Using consultation answers for illegal acts, discrimination, harassment, defamation, fraud, or similar purposes
• Interfering with service operation or infringing another user's use of the service
• Violating applicable laws, platform policies, or Google AdMob policies

7. Service Changes and Suspension

The service provider may change, restrict, or suspend all or part of the service due to service improvements, security, incident response, policy changes, external APIs, or advertising network circumstances.

AI answers, ad delivery, session issuance, and network requests may be affected by external services or the user's network environment, and are not guaranteed to be provided in the same way at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the service provider is not responsible for the following.

• Problems caused by errors or omissions in information entered by the user
• Decisions made by the user based on Saju interpretations or AI answers and the results of those decisions
• Data loss caused by device loss, app deletion, storage reset, backup settings, or similar circumstances
• Failures or policy changes of third-party services such as advertising networks, AI providers, operating systems, or app stores
• Damages caused by the user's violation of these Terms or improper use

9. Changes to the Terms

The service provider may change these Terms when necessary. If there are important changes, the service provider may notify users through appropriate methods such as in-app notices, policy document updates, or app store notices.

Changed Terms take effect on the separately specified effective date.
